Terms of service

These terms are between you and PeakFit, LLC, doing business as Peak Fitness. Plain-language terms for coaching. Clients also sign a waiver and health questionnaire before the first session.

Sessions and scheduling

• Sessions are 60 minutes unless agreed otherwise.
• Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Later cancellations count as a used session, except for illness or emergency.
• If Lynix cancels, the session is rescheduled or credited.
• Session packs expire 8 weeks after purchase.

Monthly plans

• Billed monthly in advance through Stripe on the date you started.
• Pause or cancel with 7 days' notice before the next billing date. No refunds for partial months.
• Unused in-person sessions do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

Health and safety

You agree to complete a health questionnaire honestly, tell Lynix about any change in your health, and stop any exercise that causes pain. Coaching is not medical care; see the disclaimer.

Results

No specific result is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your consistency, eating, sleep, and health.
